Applique the Color of Sunshine

I love spring. 
It's amazing what a little sunshine does for the spirit! 
The applique blocks came together quickly. 
I'm prepping more applique this week because 
I've finished all my take along blocks----don't you love it when that happens?

    Your blocks are a great welcome to spring. I'm still a bit afraid of doing my first apliqque blocks but yours look so great!

    Thanks, ladies! Mary Ann, It's a gorgeous day here...I might have some more sunny blocks before long. Just wait until my daffodils come up, I'll have all yellow blocks for a while.

    Do not fear applique. It's actually more forgiving than piecing. I know everyone told me it was harder but I assure you you'll rock it with some practice. Go for it and quilt fearlessly.
